So I had just finished like 2 levels in batman arkham asylum and my computer just randomly shuts off. I've had bluescreens a few times the past months but this time shit hit the fan real bad. It said on my screen "no signal detected" or something like that, so I tried a different screen thinking my monitor had broken, but the other screen didn't work either. So thinking it could be the GPU, I opened up the computer and tried some old graphic cards, no success with different monitors. So I tried the integrated VGA input (motherboard GPU) with two different monitors but it didn't work. I'm not 100% sure what the deal is so I thought I'd ask you dudes what your thoughts are on this.
The GPUs I've tried are one Radeon HD 4850 and one Gefore 8600gs.
The motherboard is some stock thing from the store I bought the computer from. I think it's made by nVidia.
The screens are one Benq 1080p and one samsung 1280x1024 resolution standard thingy.

Well there's your problem.
What happens when your computer boots? Are there any beeps? Is there even a speaker on your motherboard? What fans are on? Does your hard drive spin up?
Test the PSU aswell, can't hurt.

When I boot it up it just sounds like usual, no sounds besides the usual fans and stuff.

What do you mean by test? Replace it?

Paperclip test. Take a paperclip (or a wire, w/e) and bend it so one end is in the hole the green wire leads to. Place the other end in one of the "black" holes. Just search for it on google.
Take the PSU out>place the paperclip>switch the PSU switch on "on">flick the wall switch.
This test cannot conclude if the PSU is broken or not, but if it doesn't start, it's broken.

the psu works though, it runs fine like before
This is a simple test I used to see if my mobo was dead awhile back.
Get your keyboard. Press Caplock. If the caplock piece on your keyboard doesn't light up, its fair to say your motherboard just off'ed itself.

yea none of the caps lock, num lock or scroll lock works. Damn this sucks, does this mean it is broken?
I'm not exactly a computer wiz. Most of the guys here probably know more about this stuff then I do, but like I said... Was a test a good family friend told me about.
I had a similar problem where my PCI slot had died. On the day of a LAN party so I was stuck with shit integrated graphics for the whole day.
