So I'm using my mouse a few minutes ag, and the optical light goes off. So I though it needed new batteries.
I tried new batteries, it went on for about 5 seconds, then back off again. Again. new batteries. Now it hasn't even turned on at all.
What's wrong?
Oh, the mouse model is a Logitech GS or something like that (said on the bottom)

Anyways, I just was told it's an old mouse. Still, what is the problem?
Perhaps, by coincidence, all of your batteries are dead.

Does it work in other computers? Do you still have the warranty?
Did you try to reconnect from the start?
If its a wired mouse try pushing the cable into the mouse, similar thing happened to a Microsoft mouse
It is wireless. And yes< I tried the batteries. Read OP...
It probably does not have a warranty, doesn't matter, it was cheap, and I don't think it will work for other
