How can EA constantly be fucking up with their servers. I mean did they seriously learn anything of SIMCITY?

Has Valve learned anything whenever they have a Major TF2 update? Or when they have a major sale?

I don't know about you, but for me its slowly been getting better over the years. Except the random maintenances.
