First time building a PC. Built this with a friend at 2 AM. Need it peer reviewed before I buy the p

My budget is about $1200 dollars. By and large, the most intensive thing I'll be using the computer for is gaming (Payday 2, Starcraft, etc.) I'm pretty sure this should work, but it was very early and I'm not 100% certain. Thoughts and criticism are welcome.

I'm pretty sure you can get Windows 7 cheaper then 80 dollars.
Looks OK I guess, I would make these changes tho:
1. Intel i5 3570k (i7 makes no difference in games)
2. Samsung 840 Pro 128Gb SSD (faster and more reliable)
3. Be quiet Straight Power E9 500W (cable management, silent, 80+ gold)
4. (maybe) DDR3 2133 RAM
5. (maybe) a silent CPU cooler
This is cheaper and performs better: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1tTSR
An i7-3770's only advantage over the i5-3570 is hyperthreading which games do not see any performance improvement of. The 4670 is Haswell which is better than the 3570. It's just more performance plus new technologies for a little more cost. The 660 is a poor choice for video cards, as there are too many similarly priced cards which will outperform it such as the one listed in the build. You will only ever need 8 GB of RAM for gaming. You can use the money saved to upgrade the SSD to an 840 pro, or upgrade your video card to a GTX 760.

and thank you. I'll definitely look into changing the processor to an i5-3570, upgrading the video card, changing the power supply and look into switching to 8 GB of RAM.
