Did they ever make Inferno fun? I thought the game was alright until I hit that and it was like a brick wall.

Inferno is playable and fun for a long time now.

And you can add monster level now from 1-10 to increase difficulty and better item hunt which is actually fun and challenging

They also added a system where you can gather up items in order to fight a "uber" type bosses and are guaranteed a legendary ring.

By guaranteed you mean IF you can get 3 keys to drop, kill an uber boss and then get that specific one of 3 to drop its organs, and get all 3 specific organs, so 9 keys total to attempt the 3 bosses for the 3 organs IF each organ drops on your first kill on that boss, then ya guaranteed legendary ring that boosts xp by 35%? which is godly for A leveling a new character because its account bound and can be equipped 1-60 and B for leveling paragon to 100

I guess I got bandwagoned too much...cant wait for pvp.

And I've went through to Hell difficulty and still not yet found one legendary. Yet some are in Normal and have dropped a few.

Too bad the game is piss easy on MP10 up until Inferno but it takes 30 hours to get there with a new character

Legendaries are pretty pointless until 60 anyway, you replace them too fast.

Most are shit after 60 anyway. There are only a handful that are really good and those fucking rack up the prices of half a billion. Give or take 300mil. I got plenty of legendary drops, too bad they're all complete shit and not even worth a million.
