So IE9 RC is still as crap as IE8, and now it's preventing SecuRom to work meaning I can't play GTA IV or Dirt 2. So I tried to uninstall IE9, but it's not in the Uninstall Programs list OR View Installed Updates. Is it under a different name or something? Any help appreciated.
It's under View Installed Updates. Look harder.
Not to mention just because SecuRom is shit, doesn't mean IE is as well.
Really there is nothing, the only stuff from this year is Microsoft office stuff, and a vague one just stating "Microsoft Windows Update". And I only installed it last week.
So what shows up when you go to it and search "Internet"

No - he is right. It doesn't always show in View Installed Updates - I have the EXACT same problem and cannot uninstall RC of IE9 either for the same reason, it is no good saying 'Look Harder' because it simply *is not there*
It shows absolutely NOTHING when you go to it and search 'Internet'.
Burn a linux live cd and delete IE9 folders from there (make sure to back up the files first).
Another option is to figure out how to open cmd.exe from a windows live cd, then delete the folders with a commandline.
use the uninstaller in CCleaner, if you need to, remove the IE9 folders yourself and use CCleaner to remove the registry entries

This will most likely break a few things and prevent the OS from booting as IE is embedded within the os so much.
Control Panel>Programs and Features>View installed updates.
If you really want to you can simply disable it by just clicking Turn Windows Features On or Off
This will most likely break things as people who don't know how to use webkit call for IE for embedded web browsers in programs (this happened with steam before the huge UI update with the support for macs)!
