well avast found a dll file called seekapp.dll in the program files, under program files[x86]\SeekappSrch\seekapp.dll, i cant move it to their virus chest because its supposedly being used by another process, i have only two choices left, move/rename or delete, i can't end the process because it says access denied. i have googled it, and some said it was a virus (which i think it is) but i want to make sure its safe to remove it before i delete it.

Boot into safe mode, delete the file there Or, what I do, boot into safe mode, delete the file, then make a new blank file, with that same name and extension, and make it read-only.
