Graphics Card Upgrade

Hello,

So I've been looking for a new graphics card for gaming but I haven't a clue about what one I can use. I want to be able to run Skyrim, WoW and TF2 on decent settings.

Specs-

Motherboard - MSI H61M-E33 (MS-7680)
OS - Windows 7 (64 Bit)
Ram - 4GB
CPU - Intel Pentium(R) CPU G620 @ 2.60GHz
GPU - ATI Radeon HD 5450 (Current)

My price range is around $100-$150. I know it's not alot but I'm sure it's enough for one.

As far as I remember, that Pentium is an overclocking champ.

Scratch that, I was thinking of the old LGA1156 Pentiums.
