Is there a specific point you need to be in the game to play it, or just at the end? I already beat the game, but I'm doing NG+ right now and I'm only starting the Bloody Baron quest, and I'm itching for some Geralt-on-immortal fighting action.

Plot wise it's self contained so no spoilers regarding the main plot. Level wise, level 30 is a good entry point into the expansion and since you're currently doing NG+, you're probably already 30+ so you can safely jump in.

Yep it does, if you're around level 40-45 and if you got a good set of greater mutagens and skills combined you should be good though.
