Bought Windows 7 from the website and downloaded the two files.
Got a .exe and a ISO file, haven't found anything in the FAQ's on the site.
Tried putting them on a USB but when I start from it there's just a black screen.
Do i have to burn the ISO to the USB? What's the easiest way to do it?
Burn the ISO to a DVD.
I'm gonna go ahead and assume you're not using Windows 7 at the moment, so install [URL="http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download"]ImgBurn[/URL] and use the 'Write image file to disc' option.
