I'm looking to build a new computer, with about a $1200 budget. I've been looking around for a couple of days but I still don't feel confident when I look at parts. What's the best way to choose hardware for a new build? It may seem silly but I honestly don't know what I'm doing. I feel like I'm over-thinking a lot of aspects of this but I'd rather be sure of this before I drop over a grand on a computer.
I'm sure you can save a whole fucking lot on the case and the power supply - I'm just giving some ideas. Not really used to this American shopping

I'm not very good at this, this is also 1240$.
Please replace case & psu to suit a better price if you feel like it. Or even a 660 ti instead of 670
Thanks a lot. Helps me out.

free shipping on all items so $1237 is the grand total. you also get $45 in rebates so make use of those when you get your parts. if you need an OS then let me know and I can change some things around for you.
I have not heard good things about Rosewill PSUs.

they're reputable and are actually Newegg's in house brand. Capstone and HIVE series are probably two of the best series on the market in regards to price, performance, and reliability.
