How to stream online efficiently via Macbook Pro

I'm trying to stream amnesia dark descent via my Macbook to uStream etc. the video quality via the stream will be good (if not great) but the audio will be out of sync (upto 10 seconds).

At the moment I'm using ManyCam to stream my desktop then onto uStream I'm just displaying the ManyCam source. I don't know if there are better programs for Mac to do this to result in better quality (both audio and video) or If I can just do it directly.

Macbook Pro 13" Specs;
Processor - 2.4 GHz Inter Core 2 Duo
Memory - 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Video Card - NVIDIA GeForce 320M

Thanks, please resist the urge to post "hurr hurr shouldn't use a macbook hur hurr" - its my choice and its good for college work and music.
