I have had this problem for a while and just cared about it now. When ever I restart my computer through Windows 7 it will hang at logging off. I then have to hold the power button for a hard shutdown and boot from there. It's not a computer breaker but is kind of annoying.

Are you making sure to exit all programs before you log off? Even some in the background?
