• Port Forwarding Issue

I'm having problems with a router, figured I'd try FP as I know there's some people here with a lot of experience with different hardware. This isn't a typical router, it's a Netgear ProSafe Gigabit Quad WAN SSL VPN Firewall SRX5308. Quite a mouth full. I've tried DMZ mode as well as creating my own services and even just doing the typical port forward. None of it seems to work. Does the router need to be rebooted before it will work? Here's pictures of my configurations. Am I missing something obvious? I am static to .53 as well, so that can't be the issue.
Could it be a windows firewall issue? What are you trying to bypass? Why type of internet connection do you have?
Windows firewall is disabled. I'm trying to open a port to a specific PC on the network for phone software to remotely monitor. It's Comcast business. I already have 2 others forwarded for the phone servers, those work for sure, but this new port refuses to work with an identical setup as the phone server.
Here is a good article that usually solves 90% of the issues I run into. http://www.pcwintech.com/common-problems-fixes-port-forwarding I'm pretty hands on and really bad at fixing shit over the phone or internet, so this is as far as Ill go without making a fool of myself!
Your router might need to be rebooted, not sure. It's worth trying. Some AV software will block ports, even while disabled, try uninstalling it temporarily. If it fixes it, get a new AV. [editline]12th July 2013[/editline] Make sure the router doesn't have a firewall blocking the ports, too.
