I'm so glad they finally got their game out there. I saw this years ago and it looked amazing then and still looks amazing now.
I remember signing up for their newsletter so many years ago. I kept forgetting it existed until the odd email every now and then, but knowing that it's finally made real progress has brought back my original excitement.
It's decent and quite fun. Shame it's not doing so well.
Ugh I don't need to be spending money on games right now but this game NEEDS to be made. Can someone that knows more about this talk about the game's progress?

They have 4(?) demos after 8 years. Progress is slow at best. Though they have stepped up in recent years.
I'm impressed they put it at a $15 price point. It's a good idea for them to follow the Minecraft business model.

Holy shit, 8 years... time sure has gone by fast.
I bought this, I have been meaning too. Spearhead unit ahoy!
this game looks fantastic
It's good.
Yeah it's pretty fun. The dynamic environments that randomly change are a really nice feature.
One of the indoor maps started off fully lit, and in the middle of a shootout, the lights all cut out and the map became pitch black. The action slowed way down because now everyone was creeping through the dark, too afraid to turn on their flashlights and laser sights that would give away their positions. So you'd end up doing like an I Am Legend kind of thing where you're constantly flicking your light on and off every few seconds. Occasionally the lights would switch to red flashing emergency lights that were disorienting, but in a cool sci fi horror movie kind of way.
I can't imagine how nerve racking the game will feel once they add the co-op with those weird shark/lion hybrid monsters.
So is it a multiplayer shooter?
Last time I read something about it I remember it having a singleplayer campaign of some sorts and 4 legged sharks

Yeah they promised a single player campaign ages ago, I guess they cut it.

I think they ran out of things to say :v:

Nah they just aren't including it as part of the early access yet. Some random said WAIT UNTIL AUGUST so maybe the wait won't be long. Pmuch right now all you can do is fund the game and enjoy generic deathmatch. I don't mind paying the 15 before stuff gets crazy.
