Mac lagging on left/right click - Hardware & Software

OS X Leopard 10.5.5, whenever I left/right click the screen freezes up for a second or two, and it's really irritating i can't even double click anymore

Which model computer are you using?

Ugh. One problem could be that some sort of inferior USB related piece of hardware could be malfunctioning, but that's pretty far fetched. I know very little about hackintoshes, but if you post your specs, someone else can help you. I won't, because I believe hackintoshes to be wrong and this is some sort of justice being served to you, but good luck with your problem!

Get a Mac, it will run OSX smooothly.

Try locating the .kext you using for mouse support and change it, alternatively use the PS/2 .kext and try a PS/2 mouse instead of usb
