• XBOX 360: Lite-On Drive Pot Tweak.. I think I fucked up..

Alright, well a little over a month ago I got a modded xbox, worked fine.. but the games started freezing frequently and my cousin who lives in Calgary (I'm in BC) told me to do a pot tweak, he gave me the tutorial and I decided to do it without the multimeter because at the time I didn't have one.. well I was moving the DVD screw by very small increments to the left and it didn't seem to work and I started getting the "Open Tray" error, so I got frustrated and just cranked the screw and kinda went a little too crazy and it still didn't work. So, I decided to purchase a multimeter, I tried for a couple hours sitting on my behind trying to get it to work and still got that dreaded open tray error.. now, the laser looks like it works, it still shines red when I pop a disk in and it attempts to read but the spindle only spins for a second and then stops and same with the laser.. but what I noticed is, if I tweak the pots to a lower number to increase the lasers strength, the spindle spins for a longer period of time and then stops.. instead of just spinning for half a second when the pot is at a high number like 5.0 or something.. Here, I also found a video on youtube showing exactly what my drive does.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GzESUvRdJaw&feature=related Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
