Ok, so we all know each other to an extent online, we understand peoples attitudes and what we are like. But what about offline? What are you like offline? Do you have any talents? Any personal interests? I want to know who to avoid on here, i mean, i want to know more about you guys!
I write code
What are you like offline? not a twat i guess? i dont know friend!! i have a decently sized group of friends and im close with family. might be cause im such a twat no-one will tell me lol! Do you have any talents? i do shit with both hands and brain. my gf started a company and i help. we built most of our home ourselves. im also talented in fixing problems so maybe thats why im helping the company. Any personal interests? i am part of the criminal organization set up by mr baden powell. i play video games i study and work at the same time. i like movies, forests, hiking, going on holidays to weirdass places. i value experience very much. i.e. if something will definitely mess up i still want to do it solely for having done it.
What are you like offline? The same as I am here, a bit of a sarcastic cunt who has very strong views on a lot of things Do you have any talents? Not really, I play a few instruments at a basic level, and I can compose music (I'm just never motivated enough to do so) Any personal interests? Writing music Graffiti Urbexing Playing vidya
I am a very easy going person, i rarely ever pick a fight with anyone, i joke non-stop and im barely ever serious. I honestly don't have many talents. I photoshop a lot. I used to make promo posters for indie film makers but now i have a job in IT i rarely get the time for that. I am able to guess the movie as long as its from the year 2000 onwards, just by screen cap. Im right about it 9/10.
I'm not very easy going. I'm quiet, and I kinda do become irritable when working. But I do resist becoming angry so I won't dare to bite! I don't believe I have a talent but I make people laugh. I'm wanting to become a filmmaker that's been influenced from other directors (i.e. Godfrey Reggio, Ron Fricke). And as of 2014, I've probably done almost a quarter of those projects, they've been mostly written up. I like old technology, and I collect them. And it's also to teach students in my college how their phones were before. I'm also capable of making movies in my dreams.
- Can kind of play the drums - Can kind of play the piano - Can kind of play the guitar - Can kind of beatbox - Can kind of design stuff (usually with heavy emphasis on functionality over eyecandy and for the benefit of the viewer/customer/whatever) - Can sell, although very anxiously but with sincerity - Can write? - Can and will research about stuff like psychology, serial killers, and philosophy (I promise, I'm not a douchebag) - Can and am obsessed with intellectual debate (I promise, I'm not a douchebag) I'm one of those kinds of people that wings everything with two settings: apathy, professionalism (when I absolutely have to be), and "I'm-going-to-turn-everything-into-a-joke."
Meet me in real life, not on internet and see [sp]what happens[/sp]
I draw okay, still learning but I'm getting there. The only problem is I stream videos in the background while doing it, so it'd feel pretty weird doing it offline
I also help people as much as possible. I dont do stuff for me, i do stuff for other people.
What are you like offline? I'm usually the guy in the back corner, and I prefer sticking to my own dorm instead of hanging out with a bunch of other people. It's not because I'm anti-social or anything, but I just like the peace and quiet so I can concentrate on my work. It's why I (allegedly) do so well in my classes. I only have a couple friends, too, but they're very good friends. My sense of humor is a balance of self-deprecation and schadenfreude, which leads to a good bit of playful teasing between me and my classmates. Do you have any talents? Outside of a penchant for making very professional-looking documents, a knack for Microsoft Office, having the eye of an objective critic, and being pretty good at games in general, I don't have very much in the way of talent. It's why I'm so pessimistic about my future. I just don't have the equipment or resources to follow up on whatever I'm interested in. Any personal interests? Well, I have a very strong appreciation for various kinds of music. Classical, progressive, psychedelic rock, delta blues, jazz fusion, and more. The more skill the musicians have, or the more layers to the music, the more I find myself attracted to it. High-quality engineering is even better, and helps make music stand out even more to me. That's why I want to take classes for audio engineering when I get the money, though I'm not sure that'll ever happen at this point.
I drink a lot of beer. Like, a lot of beer. That's probably my special talent. I have two bronze plates commemorating my beer-drinking skills, one for volume and one for speed.

I have two bronze plates commemorating my beer-drinking skills, one for volume and one for speed.
Dude are you German. What are you like offline? Well I'd suspect I am kinda the same as I am online. tough, I tend to get angry pretty quick as I have problems with controling my temper, which I am currently trying to work at. Other than that, I try to help when help is needed and otherwise just continue with my everyday life. Don't have that much friends so. Do you have any talents? They say that I am kinda gifted in mimicking voices and noises and find a pleasure in doing so. Don't really know of any other talents tho. People often tell me that I have a surprisingly strong will, don't know if you could count that. Any personal interests? Martial arts, Wildlife in terms of watching and studying animals and flowers and seeing "weak" people becoming better and stronger after helping them. Wow. A real warmachine.
What are you like offline? I'm pretty shy and don't speak often to strangers. Almost no friends. Apparently, my neutral face looks like I'm pissed off or sad. Do you have any talents? I read extremely fast. Any personal interests? I like reading and writing.
Dude are you German.
I know a German. He drinks like a wuss.
What are you like offline? An asshole Do you have any talents? No Any personal interests? Getting wasted
What are you like offline? Pretty much how I am here, I don't act drastically different off the internet than on it. Do you have any talents? I don't actually have very many talents on or off the internet. I can make some good puns if I see the chance, though. Any personal interests? The internet, tigers, Pokemon, singleplayer games like Fallout and such. Stuff like that.
Masturbate
Read and punch directly to 1" paper tape. If you mean the terminal is online but the computer is dosconnected, probably basic computer processing jobs like inventory management or numerical calculations.
What are you like offline? I'm surrounded by idiots and degenerates, so I am a pretty angry and aggressive person who goes out of their way to make said idiots and degenerates feel like shit. Do you have any talents? Shooting bolt-action rifles, pretty much only that. Can getting high scores on the firing range even count as having a talent? I have never shot at anything that moved with a rifle, I am pretty good at reloading quickly though. Making improvised explosives without blowing my hands off. Used to be good at playing guitar and bass but since I cracked I haven't really played much. Any personal interests? War, mass murder, nuclear war theory and strategy, serial killers, scaring people I don't like.
Alright, let's try this the proper way, then. What are you like offline? Generally friendly and helpful. I'm not shy about putting my own needs aside to help other people out, as long as it doesn't directly hamper myself seriously. One of the things I've had the hardest adjusting to when starting uni is to accept that some people just aren't really capable of making it, and I really shouldn't help them because it's just a waste of my time and ultimately, theirs too. I did, however, recently adopt a German guy who was gonna be homeless otherwise. Because that makes sense. Do you have any talents? None artistically. I'm pretty intelligent (or so I'm told), and I'm quite good with words and generally at languages. Other than that, I'm a good drinker. Like, really good drinker. 2.5 liters in 30 seconds? Sure. 26 cans of beer in an evening? No problem. I'm also a pretty good kisser. Or so the missus says. Any personal interests? Video games and history. I study history. I like history. History is neat.
Offline - Eh, chill, easy-going. i talk to a lot of people but i can be awkward with strangers if i'm sort of just stuck there if the other person doesn't know what to say. i hardly ever get annoyed or angry. i like to chill by myself a lot and sometimes with my group of friends. Talents - i can draw decently well and i play the drums. that's pretty much it. interests - video games, music, computers, biking, and hiking.
What are you like offline? I guess I'm a loner. I don't see that much value in making friends(had far too many bad ones), and now I just keep to myself. I'm typically a decent guy, but I can turn into a massive asshole if you use the wrong tone when speaking to me or you catch me at the wrong time of day. If you need help with something and you ask, I wouldn't mind helping you. As long as whatever it is isn't going to be pointless or really shitty, such as helping you move out or something. Do you have any talents? I can play guitar decently. Been playing kinda half-assedly for around 3 years now. I understand a lot of the technical stuff, such as vibrato and pinch harmonics, but I haven't actually learned any complete songs. Typically bits and pieces of songs that I like. I almost exclusively play metal, which I know is bad for learning to play guitar, but it's fun. Any personal interests? Vidya mainly, but there's other things. I really enjoy firearms, practically every night before i go to sleep, i need to disassemble and reassemble my handgun. I keep it within arm's reach at all times in my room, but not because i'm paranoid, but because i just love playing with mechanical things(obviously not loaded). That's all that's really notable.
What are you like offline? I'm a pretty quiet guy, i really only talk to my friends. Whenever people do talk to me, they act like i'm a pretty cool dude. Although my appearance makes me look like an edgy, longhaired, fingerless glove wearing, Linkin Park fan. I'm really just a quiet and generally Non-hostile person, but if problems do pop up, i'm ready to kick some ass. Do you have any talents? I like drawing things in the middle of class. I usually draw fancy city skylines. My friends that sit next to me say that i'm amassing, but i'm no Da-Vinci I'm pretty advanced in vocabulary for my age (14). I'm also a pretty good lair. Any personal interests? Extraterrestrials Government conspiracies Computers Spooky shit The Half-Life series Science Historical bullshit My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic Old things Law enforcement and detectiving.
Offline I am a shit. Hence why I am online 99% of the time.
Piano, guitar, painting, playing some easy going games, coding, lying on my bed for hours (i call it sleeping). Or i can just go and hung out with my friends (yeah, i have some). Also, i just found out that i'm so damn average.
What are you like offline? I try to be as kind to people as possible. Not in any way a religious person, but I have a set of personal principles that I try to keep to adamantly. In that sense I tend to be exceptionally honest to people on a personal level. Most of the time I'm a bit of an oddball because a lot of social ques pass me by, but I'm far and away from being overtly socially awkward. I'm generally known for being a bit reserved until I have something to say, at which point I tend to speak in paragraphs. Friends tend to find my dark humor and attempts at wittiness entertaining. Do you have any talents? I do a lot of writing. It's my thing. Despite keeping notes, 90% of my stories are completely fleshed out in my head; I rarely have to keep explicitly detailed notes as I tend to remember everything that I intend to put down. My style has been described as a combination of Douglas Adams and Chuck Palahniuk. It's a huge compliment and definitely an overestimation of my capabilities, but gives you an idea of the kind of things I tend to write. People say it's my main "talent" next to talking to people. In addition to this, I have an astoundingly good sense of direction. You can basically drop me anywhere and I'll get my bearings rather quickly. I tend to intuitively understand a lot of things I really shouldn't be able to right away, to the surprise of myself and others; so I'm particularly good at building and technical work.I have a strange degree of physical strength, despite not working out very much at all. My tolerance for alcohol is higher than anyone I know save one of my good friends. I've been known to single-handedly demolish bottles of rum when given the opportunity (I'm 5'11 & 185 lbs). One trait I'm proud of is my nearly sociopathic ability to lie through my teeth and feign emotion to people in positions of authority. It's gotten me out of a number of bad situations. Any personal interests? I've devoted inordinate amounts of time to being a news junkie. I don't follow major media outlets for the most part, but I try and keep up to date on major happenings around the world. I'm not politically active, but I like to be appraised of what's what. I'd say from a standpoint of how much fun I had, how immersed I was, and how much time I spent/spend on it, Fallout: New Vegas is my favorite video game. That said, I'm really fond of RTS games and wish more were being developed. Some of my favorite books are A Fraction of the Whole by Steve Toltz, Rant by Chuck Palahniuk, and You Can't Win by Jack Black (not the actor.) My main uses of time these days are dealing with trying to complete my bachelor's degree, and trying to meet some more people I can have as friends. Neither is going particularly well.
What are you like offline? Cynical, yet can't take anything seriously. Most people find it annoying, but fuck them they're all dicks anyway. Do you have any talents? great sense of balance. A decent range of vocal impressions, including all of YGO:TAS characters, Elmo, this one guy at my local card store with a really deep scratchy voice, and most recently a near exact Louie Armstrong impression, so I guess you can add I can sing on that list, though if there's a song I can sing to I can whistle it perfectly, resulting in me feeling much more comfortable with my whistling skills. Any personal interests? Besides video games, I love all sorts of cartoons, Legos, and Yu-Gi-Oh. Also I like taking long walks with friends, often almost getting them and me killed in the process.
What are you like offline? Fuck if I know. How many days has it been? Oh, 5 years? Ahh Fuck you all I'm going back inside. Do you have any talents? Nope. None as far as the eyes can see. Well at least my eyes. Any personal interests? Computers. Then again I've been surrounded by them for like 8-10 years. Another 10 couldn't hurt could it?
I'll be myself when I'm offline, since I'm often around with my family members. I like to draw on my phone, which often doesn't even have Internet. I have really no clue on interests, but I do like computers and I want to cook something great one day.
