Thinking of upgrading and to want to know how much these parts will add towards my budget? Prices for selling in the UK thanks. Ebay wasn't much help as people are selling the items there for more than most places now charge retail.
Put some reviews in so people know exactly what the items are.

No very much, the second hand parts market is crap
Not too much, i've seen Core i7's at overclock.net sell for only 170 dollars..
Is that motherboard the Ultra one or the normal 790i?
Yes its the Ultra SLI 790i
Edit: Why not keep?

It isn't that bad.
I sold a 2 year old 8800GTX for £70 ($110) on ebay last week.
Although, I did buy it at £275 ($450) when it was new.
$3 each, Now I'll send over $9 and $20 for postage, Thanks!
You're not going to really be able to make back any of the money you spent on these and you'll have to offer a significant discount for anyone to really want to risk buying second hand computer parts.
No one except the buyer can tell you what used parts are worth.
Stuff is worth exactly what someone is willing to give to you for it, no more and no less.
You may find someone who just happens to want the parts you have, and will pay a good amount for them. Or you may find that no one is interested in those parts, unless you practically give them away.
How much you want for the PC P&C PSU?
no lower than £70 plus p&p
