My GTX 770 is idling at about 41-43c with 0% load and auto fan speed, along with 27% power consumption. All of this is with webpages/Youtube open. In intensive gaming I've never seen it go above 60c.
Is this all normal?
I'd say as long as it's not above 45c on idle everything is alright, might change in the summer times though.

My case is pretty tight so maybe that's why it's a little above-average. As long as it's safe though I'm good.

hell even idling at 50c is fine.
your gpu can run up to 90c and be fine, but personally i hate when my gpus are above 65c.
my 570 currently tops out at 86c playing dying light.
my new gtx970 ftw+ im waiting for to be mailed back to me from my step-up idled at 32c with no fans on. maxed at 57c playing metro on max.
