Skyrim crashed and caused BSOD, computer won't start

I built a brand new computer and it's been running Skyrim perfectly until two days ago. The game would intermittently crash on me. Then yesterday, the game crashed and gave me the first BSOD on the computer. I've dealt with BSODs in the past by restarting the computer, but the blue screen would appear before Windows would fully load. I tried again with no success. Then I went to bed and tried today to boot in safe mode. I used the restore feature to revert to a previous save point. I rebooted normally and it worked. Chrome, Skype, Steam, etc. all ran fine. Then I ran Skyrim again and it ran for a while but crashed and gave me BSOD. Now I can't even load in safe mode. I then tried the other boot options and none of them worked. Now my computer is going through power cycles, the beep code is confirmed and then it resets before anything goes on the monitor. I wish I could give information but I can't access anything on the computer because of this. Does anybody have any sort of idea what causes it?
Edit: I don't know why it didn't BSOD before I reached it, but I was able to do a Windows restore and that seemed to fix the problem.
Get a program that reads the data that the BSOD dumps.
