• All video un v-synched, need fix

it seems that for some reason all my videos i play on my two monitors are not synchronized vertically, as in there appears to be a line that moves around in the center of the frame anytime the camera moves just a little, this is becoming extremely frustration. Note this is only with videos and not with games, i'm really confused please help?!?
maybe its a low-quality video? or have you tested all your video library also, try a different player.

This is a really lame suggestion, but try to find interlacing options within your codec and disable them, or enable de-interlacing. Try viewing videos that use different codecs. Or try updating/installing new codecs. This issue sounds codec OR graphics card related. I suggest a basic installation of Klite Codec Pack.
