Web-swinging doesn't even attach to buildings, it goes straight up into the heavens. For that reason alone, this is not worth it, play spiderman 2 on the PS2 for a better game!
Why can no one else nail the Web Slinging like in Spider-Man 2 and Ultimate Spider-Man? I know nostalgia is involved, but no other game seems to have even come close to it.

Spider man 3 had pretty good physics for it too, but really spider man 2 was like next level with the greatness of slinging. Short game though.
Utlimate did feel inferior in the Web Slinging, but it's still miles better then any of the other Spider-Man games. Also, Ultimate remains my favorite Spider-Man game to date.
Despite the fact that weblines don't attach to anything, the swinging still looks cool. This is still the best Spider-Man game to come out in a while, though it is quite flawed. I think $20 is a good price for it.
In my opinion, this is one of the worst ones to come out. Maybe the worst. Web slinging sucks Camera is awful Sandbox mode is practically non-existent with no random events A lot of the non-repeatable crimes are just quick-time events You're better off playing ANY other recent Spider-Man game, in case you've missed any. Despite worse reception, Web of Shadows is miles ahead of this, for example.

Every other one was just basically "oh god please plug in a controller don't torture me"
