Is this upgrade ok? http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=10230949 stuff I am keeping from old build: 9800 GX2 850w PSU hard drive dvd drive case
budget?
budget?
$300 usd
Also how ideal is it to have a fan in PSU?
If system power consumption is like +200W you will need definetly fan inside PSU or you'll hear Capacitors going boom, if no airflow from anywhere else is coming.
What is your CPU? Or did all of the parts you are upgrading blow up?
What is your CPU? Or did all of the parts you are upgrading blow up?
My current build is: Core 2 Duo E6750 OCed 3.53GHz P5n-E SLi MoBo 2Gb of DDR2 800 RAM And how important is it to have heat-spreaders on your ram? and is it possible to take the ones off DDR2 ram and put it on DDR3 ram?

I would personally go with the Ripjaws.
Probably will go with the ripjaws but may I ask why you would?
I've just had good experiences with G.Skill, I mean that's really all the difference between the two is; the branding.
