Is this a good build for my $380 budget, and I already have XP disc and a Monitor.

yes
The speakers don't look that great though.
You can get a 500GB drive for around 50$, get that.
Get a 4670 for around 30$ more. It's worth it. Avoid PowerColor.
Everything else looks fine.
The cheapest 500GB is a Caviar Green for $55, but you can get this 320GB for $5 more http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136098
im kinda new, but, i wont need any cords will I?

Well how about this one

Nope, also what they said above get a 4670 and a 500GB or 320GB depending on what you will use it for. If you can you should get the 550 instead of the 545. It's well worth the extra money.
Not sure but there might be some conflicts since your Mobo has integrated GPU.

"Recertified"
Re certified means that it was claimed broken, went to the manufacturer, and they tested and found nothing wrong with it.
4670, not the 4650.

What's your monitor size in inches?
Well if he has anything over a 19'' monitor he'll need a 1GB.
Meh, not really. Depends on what resolutions he plans to play on.
I don't even get the difference for playing over 1280x1024 :x
But yeh, 1GB for 1600x1200 and over.

Not true, I'm on a 512MB GeForce 9600GT and I game at 1920x1080 no problem.
However, spring for more RAM (4GB) and a bigger hard drive definitely.
With a 4850/70, sure. But not with a low-end card like the 4670.

oh, so my 32" TV @ 1366x768 needs a 1GB card then :downs:
a lot of the time you give shit advice and bad information
Monitor != TV
Anything higher than a 19'' monitor runs more than 1280x1024, which would require more VRAM.
size =/= resolution you moron
otherwise the 22"@1920x1080 I'm looking at clearly doesn't exist, nor do the 20"@1366x768
as I said, bad information
wat?
my x1300 256mb runs my monitor at 1280x1024 so...
and my monitor is a 23"
you sure that's the highest? it's awfully low for a 23", that's the standard res of a 17"
I never really pushed it. The max for it is 1680x1050. It's standard is 1280x1024 but before I was running it on 1024x860.
Keep in mind that this monitor was the shit.. It was one of the first mainstream 23" so I was told(It cost $700 retail price :O ) It came with my shitty prebuilt I bought in 04 or 05.
