My favorite is the one with David giving King Saul a bag of willies.
As long as I can forcibly circumcise my enemies, I will be happy.

They actually addressed that in the article, they decided to leave it out which is a perfectly understandable decision.
Personally I wouldn't have minded seeing Circumcised Foreskins (x1000) in my inventory.
The values of the team really come across in Five’s intriguing inventory mechanics. “The culture of games is often greedy, about collecting and hoarding. We want to change that, so we have a system in place where you donate,” reveals Madden. All your money and loot can be donated to three groups: shepherds, merchants, and beggars. They form your spy network, and will help out in exchange for donations, but it’s more about the reward of human kindness. If you donate your wealth, you may eventually find that you walk into a town that celebrates your presence and your actions. “It’s about the betterment of people. Yeah you get a reward, but it’s about how doing little things can help a lot of people. So it’s about changing the mindset through gameplay,” says Madden.
That seems interesting.
I think I like the article more than I might like the game. I hope it's good, but if it's not then I still think it carries a neat message beyond just biblical morals.
What I'm more interested in is the fact that they are making a game with a purpose and trying to have the mechanics reflect that purpose. And instead of using the concept to justify mechanics, they're also trying to make the mechanics demonstrate the game's purpose and have the player actively participate in the philosophy of the game and do it in a way that is satisfying and rewarding.

Hey, if it's done right, the more games that actually have NPCs react to your actions, the merrier.
