I'll be completely honest here: With such a petty excuse, I'm surprised you got it refunded. I know I wouldn't have done it, let alone EA. Just my opinion.

EA has their "Great Game Guarantee" now so if you aren't satisfied with a game within 24 hours then you can get a refund.

Why is that not okay? Considering most games nowadays don't offer demos, as long as you request the refund within a reasonable time frame (the above poster mentions 24 hours which is certainly reasonable) I think it's a pretty respectful offer for the customer
