My computer base keeps beeping, what the fuck does it mean?

Fucking computers, how do they work :argh:
So the base (or engine or whatever you want to call it) is beeping constantly.
It goes like uh...
"BEEPBEEP"
(10 to 30 second interval)
"BEEPBEEP"
It's very annoying.

PSU or motherboard?
I don't know, I don't know anything about computer building :saddowns:

Does the sound seem to come from the back of the computer or from around the middle?
Probably the middle
Probably the middle
It's probably the motherboard then. Assuming you're on Windows, download this: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/1.55-setup-en.exe
And take a screenshot of all the pages and upload them.
I'm on Vista
(People say bad things about this OS, but if it works, don't fix what ain't broken... yet :saddowns:)
Vista = Windows.

This should be nothing about Vista. It's most likely a hardware problem.
my guess is overheating
download speedfan
http://www.almico.com/speedfan441.exe
start it up, and tell us what the temperatures are.
I really dont think this is overheating, but crack open your PC and make sure everything is plugged in correctly. I got this when I installed a new DVD-RW drive, and the cause was a loose wire. Check that out and then report back to us.
when my pc overheated (faulty attached fan) it beeped. if OP knows what motherboard he has he could look up the beep codes.

Which is why I asked him to post the CPU-Z pics.
Indeed beep codes, you should follow up Lego399's advice and download that program and show what it says. That way we can basically find out what your motherboard is trying to say, because beep codes can be different with different brands of motherboards.
Incase you couldn't get it from the thread, beep codes are basically a way of your motherboard telling you what is wrong without showing you anything (on a screen)
Motherboards have a speaker build in to warn of hardware problems.
The beep code it gives indentifies the problem.
-When is this happening and how often?
-Does your computer have any other problems?

Microsoft makes Windows, Windows makes 95,98,2000,ME,Xp,Vista,7 etc..
I'd google the beep code it's giving you, as the beep code signals what kind of error it's getting, it may also be somewhere on the manufacturer site
the other day i woke up in the middle of the night to a beeping sound, i thought it was the beeper in my AC/heater telling me there was a leak, but it turns out was my computer. i just flipped the power on and off, never happend again. probably wasnt the smartest thing to do, but i was tired and needed sleep.
