• $400 Budget Build
    2 replies, posted
I've been quite low on cash lately, and my current rig is getting pretty dated, so I decided I'd start saving up money from my current job. Gonna take a while for $400 considering all the other things I have to buy, so I set my limit at $400 (will take about a month, month and a half to save this much). Went to newegg, and picked out some compatible parts... Any suggestions/tips for a better build? I already have a case that I'll be using for this build. Don't need any peripherals, and the 2gb RAM is temporary until I have enough for another 2gb stick. Suggestions?
If you could ramp the budget up to 600 I think your rig would last/be usable longer.
DO NOT get that build. One sec, I'll make you a better one.
