there is also one called return to castle
Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory is one of my favorite games. The first FPS I played, reminds me I should go back and play it.
I play it, :iia:
Enemy Territory was one of the first FPS games for me too, but the mods ruined it in my opinion. Oh and I would want to complete Return to Castle Wolfenstein again but I have Windows 7 and I cant get it to work. You guys have any solutions? Shit would be so cash if I'd manage to play it again.

Don't be hating. Quake Wars is still fun.
So many people still play it. I remember it being on the X-fires site in the top 10 or 15 most played.
Damn used to love his.
You made me nostagia all over my pants
Anyone remember Trickjumps? :v:
I played Quake wars and wolfentstein, they were both pretty good, but I preferred Quake because of the vehicles, I loved them
Fuel Dump, Rail Gun, Siwa Oasis, Gold Rush and that Battery one.
I still remember the original maps :v:
Edit: and Radar!! Forgot that..
Oh god, now that you reminded me of Trickjump, I remember how I teached others to gamma jump, and I also have all the tricky spots of the original maps (like getting on the roof of axis spawn house on Radar, and all the 4 ways to get over the Siwa Oasis wall) clearly burned in my mind. Good times.
I used to play this game too, was some awesome shit. The most prominent thing that sticks in my mind is the way you could launch grenades from the M1 garand.
I killed myself so many fucking times with that. :O
How do you trick jump?
People keep saying "Strafe and jump" but it doesn't always work :argh:

I had problems with it too, it had something to do with the settings. And you have to run it as administrator. I finished it again about 5 months ago. That game was so scary when I was younger. The tomb :gonk:

It's really weird to explain without actually being in the game or Skype but, theres a few tips I can share, haven't played it a long time: The initial jump is the most important jump of the row, if you fail it or make a shitty one, you're going to miss from the last few pillars. The reason everyone says "Just strafe and jump it ain't hard" is because they don't really notice the side to side turning which comes with practicing. You got to feel it yourself when to switch sides, it comes with a little practice and isn't hard to master, sure enough you wont even notice it.
My best bet for you is to learn from Youtube, I have seen some very detailed explanations which have even been helpful to me. Plus, the first person view and sometime even the pressed keys are highlighted on video help you a bunch more than my few pathetic tips.
It seems really effortless when they do it though. Oh well.
Good game!

The most amazing thing was that it was all FREE.
FREE.
ALL OF IT.
