i'd get it if it wasn't a vr title because vr costs fuckload too much
This certainly did rob me of the last bit of hope I had for this E3 when I saw the announcement.
This isnt the Serious Sam 4 we have been waiting for.My last hope is lost already.

Having gotten over my initial disappointment that Serious Sam 4 wasn't shown at E3, there's lots of cool stuff in the VR trailer actually, which also hints at stuff to come for Serious Sam 4. Planets other than Earth to explore (Swampy ares, high tech civilizations, lush green temples, space stations, etc.) new enemies, huge fucking bosses and more ludicrous weapons like chainsaws or magical swords to swing around. It's definitely the most interesting VR shooter of this style I've seen yet.

This looks like crap to me, and that is coming from someone waiting for VR to kick off for almost 20 years, and someone who has made Serious Sam fan games.

Serious Sam seems like just about the absolute worst game to put in VR. Serious Sam is all about huge open areas with tons of enemies that you're constantly moving away and around from and dodging their projectiles. Take away the movement and you pretty much take away all of Serious Sam. This kinda just seems like the most basic VR shooter they put together and then slapped in a bunch of SS3 assets into. And this is coming from someone who is very much for VR and these kind of VR shooters.
