I do not know who is in charge of the ads on facepunch but this one has bothered me for a while...

An advert which brings you to a site, where the only page is a "Download Half-life 2"-page,
you can't navigate through it since every button brings you to this page and I don't even want to know what kind of virus the file you download has.

So I just wanted to say, get your head out of your ass whoever accepted this advert
(if anyone at all, I don't know how that works on this site) and please do something about it.

Nobody accepted that ad, they are randomly picked by google in relations to keywords on the page.

Garry can't do anything about which ads are displayed. They're ads by Google [B](Hence the "Ads by Google part in the lower right)[/B], and these ads are displayed based on what text is on the page.

When I said that I didn't mean garry should do something about it, I meant that Valve or someone else should just genrally do something about sites like these. Because even if people like you me and all other tech geeks on this site knows better than to actually click ads like these, some people are stupid enough to do it... just sayin.

EDIT: My Firefox hates me so it doesn't block any ads at all.(AD Block plus addon I mean then not firefox itself)

Or just click "Ads by Google" down there and select "Report a policy violation regarding the site or ads you just saw".
