Its gotten to the point where every minute or so my computer will just disconnect from my network. It isn't a problem with my router because my entire family of 4 is running off it and our internet hasn't failed since we got our new provider. And ideas as to what this might be?
Some one is kicking you off I bet.
Did you set a password for your wifi? If so, is it a WEP key or a WPA key? Someone could just be kicking you off after connecting to your router.
But check the usual suspects first, uninstall/install drivers for your wireless card on your computer, restart the router/modem. Try connecting from another computer, it could just be yours. Try setting up a wired connection to your router.
If nothing else works, try a direct wired connection to your modem, if that doesn't work try another computer.
We really need to know exactly WHAT the problem device is before we can help you at all. Please try all this and tell us how it goes.
