A couple days ago I got that blue screen of death, which turned several icons into I updated my nvidia drivers as I installed a new graphics card on Christmas. In the past couple of days google chrome has been giving me The latter being really annoying cause it takes several reloads or exiting out of chrome and opening to actually get to the page. It happens on several websites, but seems fine on youtube. I ran malwarebytes and my virus scanner just now and wiped whatever it had, but it is still happening. Not quite sure what I can do, so if any of you guys know what's up, it'd be great help! thanks! oh also icons/screenshots on websites have sometimes given me this:

I see a "number of hardware read errors: 8" everything else says 0.
