Good start for a build? (2500k build for gaming and audio production on a tight budget)

Hey guys. I currently plan on getting a cpu and motherboard to start off a new build. I have a very small budget, which will probably not exceed 400 anytime in the next year. So to start off is there anything terribly wrong with any of the following motherboards +this cpu? I plan on using it for maxing out games such as Portal 2, Amnesia, and having a decent go at games such as Crysis 2 and BC2/BF3.
I also plan on eventually upgrading it for gaming and audio production purposes, so let me know if it will be upgradeable to keep with current standards for atleast 2 years!

And which of these Mobos would go well with it?

Side note: due to the audio production side of things and the nature of the hardware I will be using with the audio production, I am hoping to get up to a resourceful 8gb of ram, so is that possible with any of these motherboards?
Thank you guys in advance. Throw in any recommendations for other parts that are not too expensive but will still work well. I have an OS, monitor, mouse keyboard hard drives cd/dvd drives and cables.
Why do you have 3 completely different price-class motherboards? G43 is pretty good, and it's in the middle in price.

if I got the 2500k paired with the g43, what possibilities would it unlock gaming wise?

and would I be okay with being able to upgrade it little by little within the next 4-6 months while still keeping in the same requirements for upcoming titles?

than you for the suggestion by the way
you could add a second card for crossfire, it's cheaper than buying the UD4 and has better lane speed than the D3
you do lose right-angle sata connectors though

what problems would it introduce with the loss of r.a. connectors? I'm sorry I just don't knowmuch about computers :/
it's a little annoying, makes wires a little more messy

Would I be able to compensate for that by buying a larger case and/or using cable ties? And would it present a problem if I wanted to use water cooling?

looks like you'd only lose two SATA II slots, and even then only with a card in the second slot
if you used a right angled SATA cable you could probably fit one under the card too
