Processor: Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 @ 2.20GHz (2 cpus), ~2.2ghz
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce 7100
Motherboard: Foxconn napa hp/pn
Ram: 4GB of ram
Looking to get the Nvidia Gtx 460, not sure what psu to get, and if i need to get anything more for it to work.
Any GPU upgrade will be bottlenecked completely. That build isn't worth putting any money into.
Recommend me a build, then?
You could probably afford an i5 3570k, an asrock extreme4 and maybe a 6850.

With $400? Are you joking? The i5-3570K is $250 alone, how's he going to get a 6850, RAM, and an Extreme4 for $150?

I meant a used 6850 and it was a MAYBE, like if maybe he could stretch his budget, he can at least get the i5, mobo and 4 - 8 gigs of ram.

MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293
total $413, and if he can stretch his budget he might be able to get a used 6850 for $100 if hes lucky.
Why did you pair with 1333MHz ram? People only did that with Sandy Bridge because that was the max it supported, Ivy Bridge supports 1600MHz RAM and they're essentially the same price.

I didn't know that, I just grabbed the cheapest ram that was a known brand.
