iPhone/iPad app that streams media from PC to other iDevices + other PC's?

Title is a bit of a clusterfuck but i currently use 2 apps for streaming stuff to me iOS device (iPhone 4 and also iPad 2) with StreamToMe and Air Video Pro

However i was wondering is there any app that does the same as those 2 above me except they can also stream to Windows computers? (StreamToMe can stream to any Mac OS X computer but i got a Windows)

Homesharing does all of these, including using the native videos App in the iDevices to stream media in your iTunes library.

Nope, unless you had some sort of VPN setup which would just be a pain to get going.
