So at this moment, the computer I'm on is running on is downloading data a lot slower then any other device on the network.
By slow, I mean 0.035 MB/s instead of the normal 3MB/s the computer right next to me is getting. I've tried restarting my router several times.
Googling the problem I found stuff like TCP settings but those are fine, some results said it could be conflicting anti-viruses, but I only have one, even disabling that program didn't help.
I'm on a wireless network using a Wireless D-Link USB dongle because I don't have room for a wireless network card. The computer next to me is using the exact same Dongle, I even swapped them but that didn't help so it cannot be that device.
Any ideas?
Here are my specs

And here is the speed test from the computer next to me

My speed seems to gone up 0.04 since I first posted this.
Have you tried physically moving the computer around?

I moved the wireless dongle around, that didn't help.
The computer with the better speed is farther from the router then mine is.

I tried moving the computer closer, did nothing.

it seems to slowly be getting faster? When I first posted the problem it was 0.03, then about 30 minutes later it was 0.07 to 0.09, now its 0.1
Did you try different USB ports? Try the ones at the rear end of the PC.

Yes I tried different ports.
Try using ethernet.

I can't, well, I'd need a really long cord. There are no ports near the computer room.

None of the ports in the room are set up, there is really nowhere else to put the computer.
Honestly if I could have Ethernet I would have done it months ago.
