Cooler master is about to release a new case called the HAFX

It's horribly ugly in my opinion.
It's not really bad. I like it.
I love the design. And 4x 200mm fans? Should have really good airflow, even at low fan speeds.
Appart from looking like a mash of metal welded together, it's a very useful and well designed case.
is that power supply big enough
is that power supply big enough
It's got a cover over the wires that make it look insanely large.
It looks good imo. I love the amount of fans, i imagine it would keep insane airflow.
i gotta say looks like a lot of much unneeded plastic.
that's just my opinion, but, really, a button cover?

the features are nice though

In case, ya know, you accidentally press the button from three feet away.
I don't think I'll upgrade from my HAF 932, although I'll most likely get this case next time I make a new build. Either the HAF X, or the ATCS 840.

I guess if you keep your computer below your desk and you reach under there for something, you might press it.... maybe?
Looks like a good case, but I don't think I'll pay a lot extra to replace my 932 with that, until it starts getting really beaten up.

I've had the HAF932 for a while now but that has only happened once to me (it's under the desk and I was reaching for something on top of the case, pressed the button by accident). Yeah the cover is pretty useless.
You have to admit... the HAF 932 has such a ergonomic button, it just feel so good to press it.
Looks nice.

Just saying, more than thrice has my cat powered off my computer by stepping on the button, enough of a hassle that I like the idea of the cover.
I like the look, it's not a Lian-Li in sleekness but I wouldn't expect that from the HAF series, they feel like the HMMWV's of the case world. There's room in the case world for rugged looking cases, not everything has to be as minimal as possible.
I really like the fan layout, the 230mm's are so quiet and efficient, I like the new Haf.
I would get the 932 over this
I own the 932 and have to say I find the whole range rather ugly. I regret buying it.
If they were more affordable, I'd rather own a Lian Li or Silverstone. Something with simple lines, brushed aluminum, maybe a 'touch' of mesh.

Hell, I'm suprised it even happened once.
Do want.
4x200m fans? Bah! Doesn't beat my 9x120mm fans.

those two cases are in completely different classes

in god damn 15 years i have never accidentally turned off any computer

(i'm 18 but not about to say i was using a computer as a newborn ok)
932 looks SO FUCKING GODDAMN much better compared to this crap
932 looks SO FUCKING GODDAMN much better compared to this crap
they look exactly the same
Can someone tell me what video cards those were in there? I have a 932 and they look similar in size, so it'd be nice to know if those are 5870s or something.
they look exactly the same
No they dont
Why'd you let your cat ontop of your computer? I'd not let mine near mine due to fluff that gets in the fans and scratches
No they dont
point the differences out please, the only major thing I see is the removal of the tool tray which no one uses anyway
