good, ranked is full of hackers
When someone receives a high number of reports/complaints, their activity will be monitored and recorded. Community members chosen by Valve based on wins, account age, hours played, skill bracket and report count will then receive sample footage of the suspect. This footage will have all the players names replaced and will be omitted of all voice communication, leaving the suspected player named as “The Suspect”. After watching the sample match, Investigators can then deem whether their behaviour was majorly disruptive, minorly disruptive or that there was not enough evidence. Valve will also insert test cases into the pile to ensure investigators are being fair. Investigators who consistently pass correct judgement will increase in score, holding more weight than others when it comes down to a consensus.
Man, why cant other games actually put this much effort into their report systems, it isnt that difficult to come up with a fairly good way to have community regulated systems, yet most other ones aren't all that.
Really awesome idea. I just started playing CS:Go and I get suspicious sometiems
This is something that's really been needed for a while, it's far too easy to fuck around and grief in matchmaking.
Didn't this exist in CS:S and like nobody bothered to use it?
Just reviewed my first case, dude was an obvious waller. This system is great.
No. You're probably thinking of dynamic weapon pricing.
dynamic weapon pricing was a trolls godsend. Nightvision goggles were $1, follow people around and spam N, they get pissed off from the sound
No. You're probably thinking of dynamic weapon pricing.
There defo was a report system like this in CSS. + like he said, no one bothered to use it
Dota needs this type of system badddddd.
Does this mean we can basically gang up and ban all the brazilians? Because I am WAY okay with that

You have to be selected to participate in the Overwatch (depends on your Steam account age, hours in CSGO, matchmaking wins, CSGO rank, etc.)
