• Legal drinking age in Tunisia

I'm going on holiday to Tunisia this summer and I can't find a consistent answer for the legal age to drink. Wikipedia says 15...
Well how old are you?
Chances are you'll probably get served anyway regardless of age unless you go to any clubs. I remember buying beer in a supermarket in spain when I was 9. Back then I thought if I wore sunglasses I might look old enough. They didn't even bat an eyelid.
Don't see Tunisia on this chart. It is an islamic country which could mean that alcohol is banned. But I've never been there so I can't say. http://www.icap.org/Table/MinimumAgeLimitsWorldwide
15
Edit: Found this. Legal age seems to be 18. But nobody will care if you're 15. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080107061506AAf9GTd
I would also like to know this as I too am going to Tunisia in the summer.
It's so fucked up. Some guy on Yahoo answers who claims to be from Tunisia says that there is no drinking age. This site says that the minimum age is 21 Wikipedia supposedly says 15. This site also says it's 21 There was another site that said it was completely banned, but that was protested in the comments. I guess it kind of depends where you're going to be buying and drinking alcohol. [editline]07:05PM[/editline] Lots of other sites are saying it's 21. I think it is 21.
