Discord trying to open links in the wrong browser?

So, I launched firefox today, and ever since, discord keeps trying to open links in everything except for my default browser, which should be google chrome. It gives me the "Select your default program" dialogue, but chrome is already set as default in my control panel, and doesn't even appear on the list that discord provides me with.

Heres what I'm given:

As you can see, none of these options are Google Chrome. How can I fix this?

Is there no option for using a custom .exe?

If that doesn't work try downloading the "app" version of chrome and transfer all your data unless it does that automatically.

just for shits and giggles, try setting your default browser to firefox, making sure everything uses it like it should, and then changing it back to chrome in windows settings

Chrome is probably missing a registry file that helps associate it within windows browser association.
It's like how jpegview is a portable application, so it's never suggested to me by windows in a image file association

These are mainly controlled within the defaults menu within the windows 10 settings application

I have the same problem. but where do i find so i can change to google chrome i have tried to search it up and look, i see nothing.
