I'm so furious at this shit
I'm pretty sure not everything going into an asshole can be classified as rape.
What is it about old white men running everything and ruining everything?
What is it about old white men running everything and ruining everything?
I get more of a middle aged overweight woman image for this sort of thing. "Think of the children!"
Is this game really trying hard to be so funny by having such awful content?
Is this game really trying hard to be so funny by having such awful content?
Or you could, i don't know, ignore the game.
Fine, completely ignore the reason of R18+, and the petitions, demands, letters and such us Aussie Gamers did for the rating. I rather have no R18+ rating instead of a lying R18+ rating.
The entire Destroy All Humans franchise had anal probing and it never got refused classification. This is bullshit.
The entire Destroy All Humans franchise had anal probing and it never got refused classification. This is bullshit.
Apparently it has something to do with the fact that it has no context. Still stupid but, not exactly the same.
GTA4 wasn't banned and you could have sex with hookers then immediately kill them for money I think that's a worse message than bloody anal probes, they refuse classification for the stupidest reasons
Australia's Classification Board, also known as "Giant Baby Pit" I really want the board to be challenged on this. Especially the narcotics detail — Usually they ban drug use on the grounds of real-world drugs being employed, but this straight-up says "alien narcotics", ie Fictional Drugs That Do Not Exist. Y'know, not that this should be an issue under an R-18 rating in the first place, because lo and behold it is restricted to adults.
I realized, you could Anal probe zombies in Dead Rising 2 Off the Record which is MA15+
This is too offensive for people who themselves have large things stuck in their buttholes AKA the Australian government
I'm pretty sure not everything going into an asshole can be classified as rape.
devil's advocate; id argue that this would count as rape [editline]26th June 2013[/editline]
The entire Destroy All Humans franchise had anal probing and it never got refused classification. This is bullshit.
i'd argue that what happened in destroy all humans is nowhere near as gruesome as what is depicted in this based on the description. you shoot them, they run around with their hands on their butts for a while, and their head pops without any blood or gore, vs violently ramming a dildo up somebody's behind.
Good lord, I was just thinking after seeing that State of Decay was also refused into Australia, back on the release of Left 4 Dead 2, the game was censored due to its large amounts of violence, yet we could have the consumption of drugs, now we've done the exact opposite by allowing copious amounts of blood and gore but prohibiting drug use in games. GOOD FUCKING JOB GUYS
devil's advocate; id argue that this would count as rape
Dead Rising 2 has an anal probe. I'm pretty sure ramming something up someones ass, dead or alive, is distasteful. Saints Row is comical enough, like Dead Rising 2, that it shouldn't have any major problems getting an R18+

[editline]27th June 2013[/editline] its because it makes a huge joke out of rape just to be random and wacky not because its sexual violence fyi, if you just stabbed them in the chest or something or if they just kept the penetrator (floppy dildo baseball bat from sr3) it would have been fine. Its the fact that you can just walk around the street raping people which is the problem.
This game sounds so terrible I'm glad Australia refused to classify it. Although if they refused to classify this game, then what about GTAIV-V? Or anything similar, say Hitman Absolution? Can't exactly see that happening either, although they are more gritty-realistic than some Saints Row piece of shit.

Why do you get to draw the moral boundaries based solely on your individual artistic opinion?
