Anything I should change or get cheaper prices on?
Looks fine, Might want to change the 660 TI for the slightly faster 7950 though:

Same price.
Do you need a network card?
The motherboard should have one on it already.
Yeah, the motherboard already has a (better) LAN card integrated. You might be mistaking that network card with a Wifi card. Unless you intend on doing the data transfer through ethernet thing?
This thing I mean:

Yeah, I don't need a network card. I didn't even notice I added that to my cart. Whoops. :v:
48 amps on the 12v seems low for a $110 power supply.
edit:
Oh, it's modular. Idk, i think you can find better power supplies for cheaper if you don't mind dealing with the extra cables.

I don't know what these words mean.

Alright just because I have no idea how experienced you are with computers, I'll just start from the beginning.
There are two main types of power supplies; Modular, meaning the cables can be unplugged from the power supply to make cable management easier and to just generally look better, and non-modular, in which all the cables are just in a big bunch coming from the power supply. With non-modular PSUs, generally people will just shove the extra cables in an empty drive cage or something. If you're looking to save like $40, you could go with a non-modular PSU and just have a little bit more cable management to do.

The 660 Ti out performs the 7950 on the benchmarks shown there?
Personally I'd say stick with the modular, its much easier to work with and clean your computer, if you're going to need to, helps a lot with cable management too.

Those numbers mean next to nothing, they're only good for a general idea on performance.
