• BSoDs constantly.

Hey facepunch, over the past 2-3 days i've been getting constant BSoDs. About every 20 minutes or so. This is really getting annoying and I have no idea why it's happening. Any advice/solutions? AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 DC 2.62 GHz 2GB of RAM Windows 7 64-bit I try and get all of the stop codes for the BSoDs but they seem to be different every time. If you need more info just ask.
Try Re-seating your GPU,CPU,Memory and swap memory sticks 1 at a time to check for faulty memory. But codes will help too.

But I've reseated my GPU, RAM and such and it doesn't seem to be the problem. I've swapped out my RAM as well and it too doesn't seem to be the problem.
Average cpu temperature?
Average cpu temperature?
Temps don't have to do anything with bluescreens. If the computer gets to hot, it shuts itself off. Anyhow, try running prime95 and see if you get a bluescreen.
Try the memory test from control panel>administrative tools, you can also use a memtest bootdisk.
1.update your drivers 2.Boot into safemode and see if it still bsod's

Checked temps once, was over 90 celcius :tinfoil:
90? holy fucking shit thats hot.
90? holy fucking shit thats hot.
P4s will run to around 100 quite happily with no ill side effects (obviously the exact temp varies from chip to chip). I was playing around with an old one I had, once it went beyond around 100 it started doing funny things, presumably because the heat was enough to significantly change internal resistances of it.
