I got a new gaming laptop a few months back and I still can't figure out how to OC the graphics card. I have a Radeon Mobility 3650. The Control Center doesn't have an option to OC, apparently it's a thing with laptops and ATI not wanting you to do it. But can anyone help?
It REALLY isn't a good idea to overclock things in a laptop due to heat, that's why they don't want you to do it.

Well, I figured it probably wasn't a good idea. Still though, if I decide to overclock it I don't really go anywhere and I have a cooling pad already for it. I at least want to try to see if I notice much of a difference.
You won't really, if anything a decrease as it will throttle when it gets too hot.
Do not OC any laptop components. It'll melt on your lap.
