Hey
I have a pair of Panasonic rp-htx7 headphones I got about a year or so ago. A few months ago, they started acting weird. The part where the jack and wire meet is pretty big, and whenever it bends, it messes up the sound. When its bent one way, it works. When its straight up or bend another way, the sound is like faded and such.
I wanted to know if there was anyway to fix this, because I really like these headphones, don't want to give them up, or pay another 50~ or so.
The wires inside are probably worn. You'll probably have to cut the cord open and repair it.
And hope they don't use any of that enameled wire shit.
You can buy new plugs at some hardware stores.
Cut the cord-> strip the wires and connect the new Jackplug.
would it be expensive? Do i have to replace the plug driver, mines a 40mm
