im just going to put my windows 7 Home Premium OS on it i guess
It should run it fairly okay following some optimization guides but don't expect to run the game at anything above low-medium with a decent framerate
That CPU is pretty midrange but the 7750 is on the lower end of the spectrum nowadays
what gpu would you suggest that's not too terribly expensive?
What's your budget? And do you have a power supply?

Have you purchased any of the items you listed? Do you already have the power supply or do you need to buy one?
no i haven't bought anything. The gpu is only $80 so i can go a little higher on that
You don't need a 600W for a lower powered GPU, by the way, just get a better quality lower power unit (~420-500W, seasonic or whatnot)
I ran a GTX570 and a heavily overclocked i5 on a 550W fine and have a friend who runs a 7750 on a shitty 400W PSU fine
If you're going with AMD I would upgrade the cpu to this

Are you building it yourself? Is $500 the total cost for just the PC "tower", excluding Windows / monitor / mouse & keyboard?
I think there's some bottlenecks with the current engine as well. Hopefully it's addressed by retail.
