Question for Brits: Best and Worst Monarch & Best & Worst Prime Minister?

So I was wondering, like how in America we really like George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, etc. This got me wondering, who do people think in Britian was the Worst & Best Monarch and Worst & Best Prime Minister?
Can anyone tell me?
I heard Queen Victoria was a great Monarch but I am not sure.
I honestly could not give 2 shits about our "Monarch"
Our prime minister is a bit of a tit though.
Thanks for answering my question...
I'm not British but I am in the commonwealth and would not mind at all if we could be a part of the British Empire again for lols. Also so then I can watch top gear for free without being geo-blocked. I am a monarchist though for some peculiar reason. Not that I believe they're appointed by god or anything, but just it's cool to have one, even if they don't do much.
Winston Churchill might be a Prime Minister similar to what your looking for though. And Arthur Wellesley maybe. He said things like "I've never saw so many shocking bad hats in my life" when he walked into parliament. So he must have been pretty good. Queen Elizabeth I and II were both pretty badass being female monarchs way back when.
Margaret Thatcher was both the best and the worst prime minister.
Disraeli was cool I guess
Best king was Alfred though he was only king of Wessex/the English
Obviously the Duke Of Wellington was the best PM.
How could any of us answer the question about the Monarch seeing as all of us have only lived to see one reign? And how could they be best/worst when they do pretty much jackshit?... I like our current queen though, even if she is a bit grumpy. She can fix Land Rovers - she was an engineer in the war.

Why do people hate Margaret Thatcher so bad?
From an outsider's perspective with a lot of historic contact i'd have to say the best monarch would have been Queen Elizabeth I with the worst being King George III. The best PM would have been Clement Attlee with the worst being Margaret Thatcher.
This is my own opinion however, so take of it what you will.

Because everyone said she was nasty so people try to be impressively political by pretending to remember her as a vague, abstract concept of pure evil.

or because she hilariously mishandled the mining situation leaving the north still struggling today

That and she lead one of the worst economic policies Britain had ever seen, along with her treatment of the Northern Ireland situation. I don't like the idea of people bandwagon but a lot of people have very good reasons for hating Thatcher. Myself among them.
People that hate Thatcher clearly forget about Arthur Scargill.
He was the cause of the decline in the North. For starters, having whole communities based on one single industry that was bound to run out is a silly idea, especially if there's no backup. But he also wouldn't agree to talk through any negotiation, hence the striking. the guy was a militant union bully, and unfortunately people still believe most of his nonsense about Thatcher.
