Even Battlefield 3 devs said that their game will be "politically gray" but in that game the russians very clearly state that they do not care about human life and the Iranian occupied areas are filled with corpses of civilians to indicate their evilness.
I am very skeptical about this "there's no right choice" jumbo, especially because this is a war game and war is probably the most biased thing.
Not to mention every time before this where amorality has been promised in a game but not delivered.
This morality stuff and psychedelic aspect is a nice thing if pulled off correctly, but usually it fails on every line. There are not many games that moved me much.
The only one that made me really fucking sad was Read Dead Redemption.
I'm excited for this because the story is supposed to be something along the lines of Heart of Darkness/Apocalypse Now set in post-apocalyptic Dubai. It's great to see your character and squad mates react more humanly to your and your opposition's actions. I really don't like that whole fist-bumping bromance stuff a lot of other squad based games go for.
